Magnus by Irmãos Chaves represents the group's entry into the healthcare sector, expanding its activity beyond construction and real estate into medical services. The project was developed in Angola in partnership with experienced dental specialists with long-standing clinical practice in the country.

At the centre of the initiative is a specialised dental laboratory equipped for the production of prosthetic and restorative solutions using contemporary digital technologies. Around this central facility, four associated dental clinics were established, creating a close connection between clinical treatment and laboratory production.

The facilities were designed and integrated by the Irmãos Chaves group within the Talatona Palms Residence complex in Talatona, Luanda. By bringing laboratory work and clinical practice together in the same environment, the project enables a more direct relationship between diagnosis, design and fabrication of dental solutions.

Magnus also incorporates a significant research and technical development component, with one of the partner clinicians having developed a patented dental alignment technology based on transparent orthodontic systems.

Through Magnus, the group extends its activity into healthcare while maintaining the same approach that has guided its other projects: combining technical expertise, long-term partnerships and carefully planned infrastructure to support new areas of development.
